Attorney Mark A. McMillan, is native Floridian and has lived in the Orlando area for more than 30 years. He is a graduate of Seminole State College in Lake Mary, Florida and Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.  He attended law school at the Florida A & M University College of Law in Orlando, Florida.

For the past five years, he been practicing law throughout central Florida concentrating in the areas of Family Law, Civil Law and Wills and Probate Law. He is very happy to be a part of Holistic Legal team and pledges to provide aggressive representation and to always keep clients thoroughly informed throughout their legal proceedings.  

Mr. McMillan services clients on behalf of the firm in all areas of Family Law, including:  Dissolution of Marriage, Child Support/Alimony/ Custody Modification, Paternity Actions, Injunctions, Relocations, and Pre/Post Nuptial Agreements. He also handles all of the firm's Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Probate cases.

He is available for all Family Law needs, serving our clients in Seminole, Orange, and Volusia Counties.
